Heather Bae, O.D.

Dr. Bae is a native to Yorktown, VA and is compassionate about bringing eye care to the community that she’s familiar with.

She graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2019 and had training in pre and post-op care for cataracts and other various surgeries from her rotation in Kentucky at a large referral and surgical center.

But it was through her California rotation where she found her love for private practice because it allows her the opportunity to get personal with patients and truly build relationships with them.

Dr. Bae is passionate about medical service trips and has traveled to various Central and South American countries to perform eye exams and provide glasses and sunglasses to communities in need.

When she’s not in the clinic then you can catch her volunteering at church or in a cafe with friends!
